About The Design:

This is a non-event re-issue of the 2021 Florida Winter Keiko "Digital" design. As the event was (as well as being the first to be) online-only due to the pandemic, the design attempted to reflect this change, as well as reflect upon the meaning of this moment. The reissue replaces the seminar specific front graphics with a color-matched SMK logo. On the back is Ueshiba Sensei's prescient quote reminding us that "One does not need buildings, money, power, or status to practice the Art of Peace [-] Heaven is right where you are standing, and that is the place to train." It accompanies a bespoke sumi circle, or Ensō, digitizing the words and characters of the dojo kun into its shape.
